Family businesses are the predominant form of enterprise across the world, they are an integral part of the economic and social landscape, yet driven by dominating business headlines, it is easy to gain an impression that the global economy is populated by large, multinational enterprises.

Running any business can be exceptionally challenging but often running a business with a family dimension can contribute substantially to the complexity of decision-making, and the potential dangers of getting things wrong. We seek to provide coaching support to family businesses and to a family member or to a non family member working within the family business, helping them to achieve optimum performance.
