Coaching is akin to a voyage of personal discovery and is the vessel that will take you on this voyage, carrying with it a range of coaching techniques, all designed to suit the weather conditions that may be encountered on passage. The coach is the vessel’s pilot and you are the vessel’s master. Using knowledge and experience the pilot will guide you into port, help discharge the cargo that is of limited value and weighing you down and help you take onboard new, more valuable cargo, before taking you safely back out to sea to continue your voyage of life.

For any voyage of discovery a set of charts are essential. Charts show you the potentially hazardous coast line, they show you safe anchorages, they show you the depth of water you are sailing in and if read correctly, will lead you to your desired destination.
